Water-Soluble Curcumin Grades

• Purpose: Improved dispersibility / solubility versus standard curcumin powder
• Typical uses: Beverages, functional drinks, and formulations where poor native solubility of curcuminoids is a constraint
• Best suited for: Product developers who need easier incorporation into aqueous systems
